  • Attendance and Dismissal
  1. Students are requested to commit to daily attendance, not to be absent or leave early unless necessary. Parents/guardians are asked to provide a written request stating the reason for the early dismissal.
  2. Families must remain in the waiting area and wait for the receptionist to call the student.
  3. To ensure the safety of all our students, prior notification must be made to the school if the student is to leave with a friend, relative, or caregiver who is unknown to the school’s administration. Students will not be allowed to leave the school without prior notification.
  4. A “Pick-Up Card” is distributed to families to fill in the student’s information and attach the caregiver’s picture. It is then returned to the school administration to stamp and laminate. The nanny must bring the card with her daily to pick up the student.
  5. Students must commit to the exams days. In case of an absence without an acceptable excuse, the make-up test will not be given.
  6. In the implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Education, high school students are required to wear an “Abaya” when entering and exiting the school premises.
  • General Appearance
  1. Students are required to wear school uniform according to the section he/she is in.
  2. Short pants are not allowed.
  3. Wear comfortable closed-toe sports shoes, preferably sporty without laces.
  4. Accessories, long earrings, and gold are not allowed. A single pair of earrings studded are acceptable.
  5. For health reasons, hair should be combed and tied back, or braided.
  6. The sports uniform can be worn under the uniform only on days that the students have PE on their schedule.
  7. Nails should be kept short, and nail polish is not allowed.
  • Students Personal Property
  1. Students are not allowed to use/bring any type of electronic device to school unless requested by the teacher.
  2. In case of a lost textbook, the student will either purchase a new book or use the electronic version, depending on the grade and subject. This will be determined by the administration.
  3. We discourage students from bringing toys or any other personal belongings to school.
  4. Students can share small gifts on open days, without extravagance. The gift must first be approved by the administration.
