The school carefully chooses experienced, competent staff and encourages them to develop their capabilities. The following standards are essential for working at the school:

Priority employment is given to qualified Saudi females.

Candidates who fill vacant positions in the school must be specialized in their subject field, and must have appropriate educational qualifications.

Diversified experience in different educational locations are considered an important principle for applicants in our school, which seeks to attract various experience backgrounds to work with.

Employment is not considered official until the contract is approved by the manager and Director General and signed by the candidate.
